Kate Maurer-Hollaender practices in the firm’s Financial Services and Regulatory Defense and Compliance Groups. Ms. Maurer-Hollaender’s practice focuses on the structuring and formation of U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. She regularly prepares offering and organizational documents and various related agreements. Ms. Maurer-Hollaender also assists with regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Sadis & Goldberg, Ms. Maurer-Hollaender worked in the law office of Stan G. Horowitz, representing commercial lending institutions in mortgage loan refinances. Ms. Maurer-Hollaender also served as a post graduate law fellow for Stuart Weitzman.
